SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Samuel Hall Scholarship

Requirements

  1. All applicants for this scholarship must be high school seniors with a 2.5 or higher GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
  2. The applicant must reside in Iredell County, North Carolina unless the applicant is a descendant of Samuel Hall, his brother Caesar or one of the other persons enslaved on the Hall plantation. These descendants may apply if they reside anywhere in the United States.
  3. Applications must comply with the Application Instructions below.
  4. Applications must be uploaded no later than April 1, 2025.
  5. These scholarships will only be awarded to applicants at accredited schools.

Note: The Samuel Hall Executive Board reserves the right to make final decisions concerning the award of scholarships and related matters.

Scholarship Details:
For 2025 school year, four $2,500 scholarships will be awarded.
